2011 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins w/ alpine factor
Hi! A few months back I ordered a head unit and plug and play harness from crutchfield. Radio was working perfectly fine till recently. The head unit recently stopped working. I did some testing and the constant wire to the head unit is getting power. The accessory wire wasn’t. If I jump the constant and accessory wire together, the head unit turns on but no sound comes out. Could it be the factory premium amp that went out or is there another problem?
