Good news we're fixing your recalled HPFP! Bad news we broke your fuel lines in the process!

Thought they were replacing the fuel lines as part of the recall?

You would think they would keep an extra (or 2 or 3) sets since they are so fragile...

It's good that you got your loaner. There still is no excuse for cutting off the fuel lines.

Dealership finally came through with a rental vehicle on my HPFP failure. It was day 10 by that time. Nice to get the pump replaced before the failure as it is (usually) a lot less parts to slow the time without your prime vehicle. Good luck and has anyone lost trust in their vehicle over these incidents?

Sad state that my 2022 Ecodiesel is still not repaired. Still have the loader which is accumulating lots of miles though not the same as having my vehicle back.

How many days?

Reason for the delay?

Thinking of scheduling mine later this month.
