Head light out again

Howdy,
So the headlight is out on my 2012 ram 1500 sport, the issue is I replaced the wire harness tail on both sides and now the driver's side is out again and I wanted to know why this is happening and how do I fix it. Please help.

You’re not touching the bulb glass with your bare fingers are you???

I did not touch the bulbs. This is the wire harness that has been replaced. And it's acting the same as when this was bad last time

Hey guys so my green h13 connector began to fail cause when I would wiggle it; it came on and off. I saw the YouTube video where the guy solders the harness directly. I did just that and my light stopped coming on period.. so I went ahead and I’ve replaced the headlight wiring harness and my green h13 connector. I cut and soldered new connector and still nothing.. does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?
