I have a 2017 1500 Express 5.7l.

I know, I know, I shouldn't be rolling around town peeling out everywhere, and I don't. BUUUT,

Where I live, North of Los Angeles, there are lots of compact dirt fields and roads that its admittedly pretty fun to go romp around in.

Lately at 35k miles, I get this odd squealing noise for about 1.5-3 seconds, while the rear tires are spinning, between 1st and 2nd. After that, the noise stops. Any Ideas?

I treat her pretty rough in general, so it's been a ***** and a half trying to find the cause. Otherwise completely normal operation.

Any info would be awesome, Likewise, if I figure it out, I'll be sure to update.

Thanks!

Thats not it. I checked that first. Still no updates.

It seems to be coming from the rear end. Theres absolutely NO noticeable change in vehicle performance by the way.

I just don't like it. Worried it could be differential maybe...?

Thanks though.
