4th Gen body style is good with me, bring back the suicide doors instead of the 4 doors.
Solid front axle with spindle bearings and locking hubs, leaf springs all around for 2500 and 3500's.
Lose 99% of all the computer controlled crap, lose the CANBUS monitoring of the lights.
Lose the knob shifters.
Give us lock option for the transfer case.
Lose the custom axle assemblies and go back to an off the shelf Dana 60.

To sum it up, give us the mechanicals of the late 70's with the 4th gen body and suicide rear doors! LOL

Now for my $1’s worth.
Fog lights and tow hooks should be standard equipment on all models.
The 8.4 radios should be the base model radio. I think there’s something like 10 levels of radio in the current inventory. Same with speaker number(s). Bottom line is
Make the trucks more affordable and user friendly.
DRL should be on from the factory.
We the consumer should not have to pay the dealership extra for safety!

Regular cab longbed Power Wagon. With a special Simon n Simon edition.

Lower prices for genuine Mopar factory installed options. Instead of price gouging is from the dealership.

A value minded truck a notch or 2 above the base tradesman.

Mag-Hytec diff cover that holds 4 quarts and cools better.

I met Gerald McCraney a few times while I was in the Marine Corps. The 1st time was when he named my son Wee Mr. Camp Pendleton in 1994.
It’s a baby through toddler beauty pageant. Yes I’ve got a signed picture of Mr.McCraney crowning him.
His sitcom Major Dad was a hit in those days.

I liked that show too.

A lot of good things here as far as what people would want.

Aside from powertrain options and the like (which we all know could be done if they want to) I was thinking exterior wise what design elements would be better. I like the idea of the fenders covering more of the tire instead of using flares as was mentioned.

My humble opinion the Rebel TRX concept they made, pretty much has the majority of what I think should be on the Ram brand.



Maybe the front bumper getting changed up to be able to add aftermarket lighting or a winch if needed. A functioning ram-air hood would be perfect for all Rams.

All that aside,

Someone need to build an Omaha Orange 2500 RCLB into a Simon & Simon edition Power Wagon....LOL

Ram would have to figure out how to up the fuel economy by at least 10mpg.

20 years ago Dodge screwed up and passed on the Detroit Diesel 4.0L DELTA engine that was engineered for a half ton platform. Dodge could have had two of the biggest names in diesels under their hoods.

I'd like to see a Supra-Limited+ model with a Keurig coffee maker and a mini toaster oven in the center console. I've been on some long drives that a hot danish and some fresh coffee would have been nice. I'd say a beer fridge, but I'm sure one of you Debbie Downers would remind me that drinking and driving is illegal.... Then there could be a pop up TV antenna so you watch TV on the 24" touchscreen while you're sitting in traffic. Hell, maybe a little hatch in the floorboard that opens to the underside of the truck so you could pee while driving.
