Lifter cam fix

Hello everyone one I’m new here
Recently I did a lifter and cam because the Hemi tick got bad. When I got to turning the truck on it started to struggle to start and when it did it sounded really rough I double checked all my sensors they were all connected any suggestions.
Ps it’s a 2012 ram 2500 5.7

Might be worth pulling the valve covers and making sure you got all the poshrods seated properly.

Pushrods falling out of cup is the number one item with cam installs, actually happens all the time sadly. If this is it, you will new new rods or a rod for sure.

if all rods are seated correctly i'd look and make sure timing is good.
