lifters rollers and cam replacement 2016 Ram 3.6

replaced all lifters and rollers and 1 cam EX put paint marks on chain to align with marks on phaser when putting back together I ended up being three (3) links of mark on phaser. I then watched a video on chain replacement and then I understood why marking the chain was important. Has anyone had this
