Ok I kinda feel dumb even having to ask this but I can't get my lug nut covers off! Lol anyone have any tips? Iv tried a pliers and impact wrench. I feel like I missing somethig here it shouldn't be this hard.

Any help is appreciated its kinda hard to get any work done with these darn tires in the way.

The first lug I tried to remove the cover came off and a few where loose so I figured they all should come off. Nope. This was just the start of a vary long weekend without much progress. It's ok I wanted new shiny lug nuts anyway lol.
