Apologies first as I'm sure this question has been asked many times but I've searched and can't find a thread for PWs.
I'm currently running 18x35s on my 2014 PW. Wondering if 37s will fit when replacement time comes. No plans to upgrade suspension.

If you upgrade to thuren springs 1/2 inch and change rims to I believe a positive 28 offest you can fit 37s, minor trimming needed I have a 2017

So, I assume that would be a no for 37s without suspension mods?

You can fit 37x12.5 on a bone stock truck, on the stock wheels, but the turning radius is reduced quite a bit with radius arm and swaybar rub.

Since you're running 18x35s, the next size up are 36s. Toyo and Yokohama M/T, 315 70R18 are 18x36s. Might be the maximum tire size that fits without the rub and reduced turning radius of 37s.

Gen info here https://www.thurenfabrication.com/pages/tire-wheel-fitment Then the real world experience here. Assume you know the need to recalibrate for shifting and speedometer correction. Finding someone that will mount tires on a smaller rim width, etc, etc. I run 35s and while I'd like to run 37s, I really don't want to drop major coin for gear change (and added risk the job gets botched) Can 4.10:1 handle 37s, sure, but not optimal. There is some trade off in performance in how the truck is used, but many report running 37s on stock gearing is fine and you have no issue with trimming plastic and metal if needed.

i run 37x12.5x20 on stock gearing. i have the 6 speed trans. it hunts for 6th gear a bit and i currently live in middle tn and routinely go up and down the I-40 mountain part of the freeway. im getting about 14-15 mpg trucks at like almost 60k miles. i also have a 4.5" rough country lift installed. havent done any major off roading yet. its time for replacing the milestar patagonia m/t's that are on the truck and im looking at the procomp at's. thats my experience so far.

What is the offset on your wheels and are you getting any rubbing?
I have Moto Metal 18 x 9 Wheels with a -18mm offset. I've read that -18-27mm is necessary for 37x12.5s.

On my 2016 with the 6 speed trans it runs 35 12.50R17 on the stock gearing. I drive above (3,000 meters) 10,000 feet daily with grades of up to 10%. Horsepower is approximately 70% of that at sea level which cuts the power to around 287 versus the stock 410. Although the truck was recalibrated (AEV ProCal) for the larger than stock tires, on flat highway stretches at high altitude below 60 MPH I keep the tow mode on to keep the engine RPM's slightly higher for some additional power in 5th gear than 6th. 37's might look cool, but 35's are about all that's practical for high elevation driving without regearing.
