I have a 2022 Ram and had trouble with the nav system. It just would not find any address. I went online seeking help, and I found it. If this happens to you turn the truck off go ACC and hold both the volume knob and the on/off at the same time for about 20 seconds. It works like a champ. Maybe it could help somebody.

When you say on/off ,are you referring to start/stop button.On my 12” screen the volume button and to turn of the screen is the same button.

Hey all, screen froze in my 21 75A..seat heat cool controls is all thats on the screen and the touch for those works...shut off truck same...is the correct method to hold the volume and tune buttons in at the same for 15 seconds? I saw another method of holding your finger down on the upper RH...
