Just purchased a 20 foot car trailer only to find out the right turn or brake won't light up... When using a plug tester my left blinks the proper light at tester but when I hit brake the left also lights not the test bulb for brake and have nothing for the right.checked all fuses and good next I guess I need to trace out the wiring...

You'll want to check the plug that goes into the back of the 4/7 pin trailer plug on the bumper.
Turn your hazard flasher lights on and check for power at the Trailer Tow fuse(81 for the right). Each of the circuits for the trailer wiring needs to be active to see 12V on the terminal as it goes through the relay contacts then through the fuse before going to the wiring. If you have power there the problem is in the wiring, if you don't it's the Power Distribution Module(fuse box).

All the fuses for the trailer circuits:
F53 ATR 20 amp Left Trailer lights
F81 ATR 20 amp Right Trailer lights
F29 FMM 20 amp Trailer Park lights
F28 FMM 20 amp Trailer Back up lights
F30 FMM 30 amp Direct from battery
F11 J Case 30 amp Brake Lever
F87 ATR 10 amp ITBM module

My wife used to have a similar year Ram 2500 that had issues with the trailer plug - it would show both brakes but no left turn. It also had a plethora of other electrical issues. It was in and out of the dealer for a couple months before a solution was found.

The solution was to put a Ford computer in it, apparently - after the dealer did so, all electrical issues went away.

I have the same problem on my recently purchased 2013 3500. Fuses ok. There is a right brake/signal relay (as well as a left brake/signal) soldered in to the underside of the TIPM (Total Integrated Power Module) aka: Fuse Panel, under the hood that goes bad. Evidently a common problem. in the RAMs. Will update when I get mine figured out.

I have a 2015 Ram 2500 6.7 turbo. I went totally bat sh*t crazy trouble shooting the issue. I found that there are multiple "Trlr Tow Fuses" including in particular fuse F81 in the distribution box which is specifically for the "RIGHT trailer Stop & Turn". It was blown. No worries, I thought as I have literally 100's of fuses of every type (so I thought). This one is a 20 amp micro fuse that I do not have so off to Autozone I go. Film at eleven.

Yep I had the same problem. Lost running lights while pulling a uhaul trailer at night and had to run the flashers. Figured it was just the garbage uhaul trailer not working but turned out to be a blown fuse. Those fuses are not your regular micro fuse. I just orders a box with 20 and 30 amp fuses from Amazon just in case I ever needed them again

If you are blowing fuses, it sounds like a short to ground. When I bought my 16 2500, went to tow a car trailer and found out I had no running lights on the trailer.
At some point before me, somebody had tapped Into the left tail light for running lights.
Eventually found that I had a chaffed/corroded/broken wire where the harness wraps around the left cab mount.
You all might want to check this area.
