Oily residue

On my 2019 2500 Laramie Longhorn with the diesel engine finding oily residue on passenger tires every so often. I'll clean it and it'll be few day but it's back, any help?

If its a 4WD, you might check and see if the CV boots on the front wheels are not compromised?

Neighbors dog ******* on your tires ? Check under and behind the wheels for any signs.
