Some possible causes of that code:
  • Engine vacuum leak
  • Defective oxygen sensor
  • Engine exhaust leaks
  • Faulty mass air flow or manifold air pressure sensor
  • Faulty Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system
  • Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system leaks
  • Bad fuel pump
  • Leaking fuel injectors
  • Low fuel pressure
  • Clogged fuel filter
  • Issues with the electrical wiring and connectors
I'd start with the easy things to check, like vacuum leaks and work my way up from there.

K had a lifter failure ,I replaced the cam and installed hellcat lifters and rods, now I still have the p219a code and I know it's from cylinder 5 and the leak down test has air coming out the intake manifold. so I swap out my heads with ones that have been machined and already has new springs installed and still same issues,
So I was wondering has anyone ran into the issue where the rocker arm might be bent and causing a valve not to seat correctly

Did you use the same rockers on both heads? If so, then could be possible. If you have another set of rockers, try swapping the bad one out and see if it makes a difference.
