Plasti Dip Grill "RAM"

After looking at several videos on how to remove the letters from the front grill, I discovered that on the 2024 1500 Classic, you do not need to remove the letters in order to plasti dip the "RAM" letters. Once hood is opened, there is the plastic cover that has 6 plastic clips. Removed them then placed a piece of cardboard to cover the radiator, taped off the letters and sprayed. So glad I did not have to remove the letters or the grill!

How did ot turn out? Fyi you will have to remove the grill to replace your headlight bulbs but it is very easy to do

I like it now, it was chrome! Now just have to make a blue overlay for the letters.
PS: Also plasti dipped my antenna with no noticeable interference.

I thought about that too, but I'm not sure it would match the color of the vinyl I am making decals with. Seems a lot of companies that say the item is blue come in different shades. I bought blue lugnut covers and they are a lot darker than the blue vinyl I bought. If everyone sold the same basic shade "blue" color, or any basic color for that matter, that would be awesome!!

Great job. I plasti-dipped my rims over a year ago and they still look good.

Never occurred to me to do the antenna; now I have one more job this weekend. Good idea.
