Question about park assist harness

Greetings
Any chances you can help me with park assist mod i am doing on my 2016 ram 1500 rebel with air suspension. For the life of me I cannot figure out where to buy harness that connects the harness coming from my sensors to the module in driver kick panel. I will greatly appreciate if you can give me a part number or direct me towards right path
