I love the old school Challenger and Duster. That's the era i grew up in, big-n-littles / air shocks and slapper bars, and good looking girls ,lol.Well hell, if we aren't sticking to funny or unusual lol, these are from a show in Englishtown in the late 90's:

I guess it can be old pictures and funnies. It doesn't really have to be just funny. It is just random pictures of cars.Well hell, if we aren't sticking to funny or unusual lol, these are from a show in Englishtown in the late 90's:

I had those Z rims on my 82 Monte Carlo. Got it in 89 for $900 from a neighbor and it only had around 3000 miles on it (older woman). Blew the motor so I dropped a 350 in it and blew it up too! Got towed both times from the complex I lived in so the 2nd time, I called the tow company and told them to keep it. I had already gotten a Camaro. Unfortunately, no pics. Here are some pictures of the cars my parents had back in the 80s. My dads brand new 82 Z and then my moms brand new 84 Firebird 500 LE 5 speed. It is super rare now... I rode around most of my child hood in that car. I want to say when it was sold in the early 90s it had 21k miles on it.
The 305 was not a tough motor. In the 90s we built an 84 Z 5.0 HO car and the car had 60k on it and the motor had thrown a rod. I never built a 350 2 bolt, My dad did but his were 4 bolt main motors. My only chevy motor experience was a 350 4 bolt main in my 67 Camaro a 454 in my 70 Elky SS and then LS motors. I was a Ford guy for 20 years.I had those Z rims on my 82 Monte Carlo. I was being selective with pics I had....now I don't have to lol.I guess it can be old pictures and funnies. It doesn't really have to be just funny. It is just random pictures of cars.
Wife had an '87 TA ,had a junkie 305 in it...it was pretty decent for about a year..then just a normal **** of a GM car.The 305 was not a tough motor. My favorite iteration of that generation Trans Am, best looking one.
I actually don't know that car. When i'm at the Mopar Madness show,i'm there for the racing, and don't spend much time at the car show.I get bored pretty fast at car shows, lol. I took 2nd place at the Hemi shoot-out last year with a foot braked street car, lost in the final round,by mis calculating my dial in on the last round,as we'd sat for about an hour and half as they cleaned up the track, and i didn't drop my dial-in enough to compensate for the car sitting in the shade under the tower, and the DA dropping from 5100ft down to 4800ft, i broke out by 0.002,against a dedicated 8 second bracket car. I dropped my dial-in by 0.030,and i should of dropped it by 0.032
