Restore 09 ram Mega Cab Laramie

New member here, any suggestion would be appreciated. I have an 09 mega cab with around 330k on it. I want to bring her back to tip top shape. basically, be my night out truck. I've already replaced all the front-end parts.
She needs paint (originally black and gold)
Driver seat need to be replaced or completely rebuilt, any idea on original replacement parts?
Best aftermarket lights?
Sterring wheel is wore out, would like a factory replacement or Direct replacement
Also all the rubber seal on the doors and windows are turning to gunk. best replacement seals?

You will end up dumping more money into it then it is worth, there is nothing special or collectible about a 09 so be careful about how committed you are to "restoring" this truck. Sounds like a perfect candidate for a work truck, not a nice going out truck.
