Software version

Can someone with a 2024 or 2025 12" screen tell me what software version they have?

I had a "star case" open for quite some time regarding my radio and XM... they finally said a software update would take care of it, and it would happen automatically. Then they conveniently closed the case. That was months ago. I'm still on the same version as when the truck arrived in October 2023.
Build Number: FCA-MY23.T27.46-PROD

Trying to find out if this is the most current version.

You could disclose your issues and open it for discussion. Maybe someone had similar issue and solved it; for example with a phone setting or update..... or something else.

Did you do a Signal Refresh Request? Worth a shot .

Rebooted the radio.
Had Sirius refresh the signal.
Been to the dealer a half dozen times - they even did some kind of test tones with a USB stick
Dealer tried replacing amp
Star case opened (and closed)

I honestly think they substituted inferior components somewhere and/or the programming sucks.
I literally hate my truck because of this.

If I could have my 2014 back with 100,000 miles (with it's kicka$$ Alpine system), I would do it in a heartbeat.
The only reason I bought a new truck was to get the last year of the hemi

I'd suspect the 12" unit itself. Has that been replaced. I never heard of this on the 8.4s.
