Sway Bar Mount/Bracket Torque Specs

Anyone know the torque specs for the front sway/stabilizer bar mounts? I'm referring to the two bolts on each side that hold the bar and bushing in place on the front of the cross member.

66ft lbs is excessive. Good’n tight is all that matters, no point torquing something so trivial.
