Do you have a classic or the new body style?

My '18 button stuck and it was because my 8.4 screen delaminated and the glue ran down into the switches. I ended up replacing the screen and the entire switch panel to fix it. Not sure if that happened on any of the 19 Classics. Don't think it applies to the new body style.

I do have max care its 7 yrs or 150k in miles plus tire and rims. Cost me $212 a month. Ive had the exhaust manifold gaskets replaced, Ac unit, and power steering pump all within the last year. I bought it from the Auction for $32k last march with 60k in miles on it, now it has 140k

Not sure how you got a maxxcare warranty from Mopar on a vehicle purchased from auction. Pretty sure those warranties can only be added to certified used vehicles or by the original owner before you roll 60k (or the factory warranty runs out, whichever is first - I think). Buying it from auction with 60k already on it doesn't meet any of that criteria.
