2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Bright light on the driver side question.

2012 Dodge Ram 1500 with the quad lights. The driver side bright light isn't working. I have replaced the bulb and nothing. I have replaced the connector end and that didn't fix it. I called dodge to see if they had the entire harness for that side and its been discontinued... He said check the fuses and the relays. I can not seem to figure out which ones I need to check. Can anyone help me here? My truck is due for an inspection and it won't pass with it not working...

Was going to say bad ground near that light, but maybe not if low beam works.

Or possibly a bad new bulb?

Possibly. Does any one have the light diagram? I can't seem to find squat...
