2015 dodge ram stock reflector to dual/quad harness

Hello. I’m an owner of 2015 dodge ram 1500 bighorn 5.7 hemi with stock reflectors. Trying to find some conversion harness from stock reflector to dual/quad reflectors, because I purchased nice Led headlights month ago, and my new car is salvage from other state so still waiting for parts to finish state inspection.

The stock/standard headlights for '15 BigHorn would have been the Quad headlights. They look like this:

I’m stupid right now, because car was hit from front not much and fender from driver side was replaced, but cables from driver side of headlights are cut let me send a picture of headlight's
To be honest they messed up every wiring connections (like windshield sprayer hose connected to radiator)

So after all I’ve found that all headlights harness on driver side was smashed after spending 400$ I finally found correct harness for that truck
Btw tons of parts was missing like headlights holder on both sides,…. Liner that covers radiator and few bolts that holds radiator support. Spend tons of time searching for correct parts
