Thanks guys for the tips, and for the pics! "gunsmoke" looks pretty good, I think I'm gonna order some here in a sec. For that price I figure what the heck right!

Looks great on the pics you guys posted! Sweet looking trucks, I'll be sure and post some pics of mine after I get the fogs done!

Alex - to each their own. Yeah, I LOVE the look of a good tinted light, but in this case - its not worth removing the bumper to care for it. Its crazy.

i don't mind doing extra work to justify the outcome

Hey guys can anyone with more 'stock' headlights (not HID) post a picture of their headlights and tinted fogs on? Thanks in advance

Both pictures are with heads and fogs on. Lamin-x "tint" shade on the fogs (it's the lighter of the two shades they offer. I have the Silverstars, heads and fogs.

Hey Kevin in person does the color match? That's what I was worried about. I have the silverstars as well.

Yes - if you're referring to light output - it does look the same. Since I went with the lightest shade it only blocks 5% of light output I think. Just by looking at it at night you'd never tell that I have Lamin-x on the fogs. The look of the fog housing itself is fairly close to my headlight housing, but I think the "gunsmoke" color would match a little better since it's darker (that's what BH4L and BMRbrnSNRbrd have on their fogs) but you'd loose more light output and didn't want to do that since I don't have HIDs. My fogs are what primarily give me good driving light at night; the heads don't really do much for me.

OK I'll probably go with the lighter then. I don't want to deal with HIDs.
