Missouri lift laws are a little less restrictive then pa though
Like you have there, there is a max bumper height which depends on weight but tere is nothing in Texas or Arkansas
Max vehicle height is 13'6" here, Arkansas and Texas, 14' in Missouri,, max width is 96" here but 102" in Missouri Texas and Arkansas

We also have to have tires completely covered here, you can use lift blocks on the front ends of vehicle with leaf springs on the front and the rear block can not exceed 5"

Really all you have to do is modify the height of your bumper and you can lift your vehicle to the max height.
My buddy had a drop bar off the bumper of his cherokee that he could take off an replace with d-rings when we would go wheeling

cops don't bother anyone here in Arkansas. We did a 1500 chevy sas and its higher than my truck because we out a body lift on but I've seen some huge trucks like that ford and got some buddies that run 54s on some older chevy on the street and never have a problem

California has bull crap laws for everything...except bumper height or suspension restrictions...no laws on that...that explains these mammoths that i see regularly at the shopping center i work at.

No Lift Stock 4x4 20" 275/60R20. CalTracks lifted the rear slightly.

Front 38 3/4" Rear 41 3/4"

I think I need a leveling kit.
