Five pages of posts, months of elapsed time, weeks with the vehicle at the dealer, multiple return visits, still not fixed. Is there some point where you actually realise that continuing to do the same thing over and over with bad results is ineffective.

As much as we try, we can't help someone who won't help themselves. Take it to an auto electric shop, fix it yourself, you said you were a mechanic for 40years, or find another dealer, but for God's sake take some effective action.
