I recently bought this truck, changed the oil at about 10,000 miles. Do y’all think these numbers are ok.
I know I have nothing to compare this test to. I will most probably get another test done at next oil change so I can have something to compare it to.

I did Oil Analysis for five years on jet engines when I was in the USAF. We used wearmetal data from the manufacturer (Pratt & Whitney) to determine whether PPM readings were normal or not. IMHO, unless Dodge/RAM provides that data, then oil analysis is worthless.

see Blackstone thread in 4 gen engine performance sticky.

Great report, not sure why they question coolant, water is zero, just potassium not sure that is anything. Lowest copper numbers I have seen, very good news. Iron is average and the one thing you usually can lower at this point with some lubrication strategies. Alum just a tad high, might hint at why iron is where it's at, my guess something to do with winter and cold starts, maybe too thick multi grade? Just a shot in the dark there, not very concerned about it or anything here, good report. I'd run a couple, post in Blackstone thread for feedback.

If anything shows up with coolant transfer, that is generally and easily fixed with a can of juice, no worries there. Do a coolant flush as well, use the correct Mopar OEM coolant. 2007? Maybe use universal coolant, peak global life? research that.

I agree with Hanover (hello from a fellow USAF exmechanic! I was CC on KC-135s!). I did a Blackstone. I didn't find it very useful. They gave me an estimate on what the engine age read as. If you're curious, talk with a dedicated Dodge/Hemi mechanic. Not the dealer guys. Guys like people that do dyno tuning. They usually have some very in depth knowledge and can probably tell you how she's running just off of you describing it. A dyno pull session, without tune, is usually around $100. That will tell you more than an oil analysis.

I don’t know anything about the history of my truck. I just bought it back on February 13. The coolant level in the reservoir is good. I can’t look in the radiator itself because of the closed system with no radiator cap.

If the reservoir is good, the radiator is good, but they could have filled it right before sale, Nobody knows, just keep an eye on it.

Blackstone listed your engine as Cummins 6.7 but your profile you list your engine as 5.7 Hemi!!! If your have a Cummins I recommend using Fleetguard/Cummins lab for oil testing not Blackstone.

I’ve got an ‘07 with the 5.7 Hemi and a 2018 with the 6.7. The analysis was from the 6.7.

I do lab analysis at 50k intervals. It’s a good road map. I’d not go 10k per OCF as a routine but it’s nice to have that buffer.

I'm not sure this is the correct thread to post this (and I suspect not), but for this discussion I thought it might be relevant.

The results you can view, but what is important, I think, is that my current vehicle has always used the same Pennzoil 5W-20 Ultra Premium Full Synthetic oil since its very first oil change. Oil change intervals have averaged 90,000 to 10,000 miles, except for this last one. The only motor oil item that has changed is the switch from the Mopar MO-899 oil filter to the Fram XG10575 filter at 58,000 miles.

Comments welcomed.

Dusty

Of course, I didn't think about this, but in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the additive package, I should've given them a sample of fresh, out-of-the-bottle oil to compare it to.
