2003 single cabBody parts for a 2002 4 door

Hi i own a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4 door short bed,the truck runs good, but the body is pretty beat up specificly the front passenger door and the left side of the bed is pretty messed up too,
ive come across a 2003 short bed single cab thats got a blown engine for 600 bucks but the body is in way better shape than my 2002,i was wondering if the bed off the 2003 could fit the 2002,their both short beds
also would the 2003 front passenger door fit my 4 door 2002?,if i do get the 203 im also gonna use the factory rims and most of the interior,

Doors are different sizes, but short bed to short bed you're good.
