I recently had knock sensor 1 replaced for code P0325 on my 2014 ram 3.6l. Shortly after maybe 10 miles I started having a flashing red lightning bolt and a front collision sensor popped up. After scanning its throwing a p0507 Idle control system rpm-higher than expected, p2173 throttle actuator control system-high air flow detected. U0100 lost communication with ecm/pcm. p1dd2 torque request signal from tcm denied. I figure the last two could be from the battery being disconnected while working on it. After restarting the truck the light will go away for a few miles then itll pop back on. any help would be appreciated.

reset the codes, and see which ones come back. Possible wire harness damage from changing the knock sensor???

It’s throwing the p0507 Idle control system rpm-higher than expected and p2173 throttle actuator control system high air flow detected. Im leaning towards an intake manifold leak.

May want to check your intake bolt torque.
108 inch pounds , or 9 foot lbs.
Start in the center and work in circles outwards.
These o-rings may become brittle with age , so that is also something to consider.
I’m going to replace them this weekend. Thanks

I just saw that you are working with a 3.6 .
I saw your aviator said you have the hemi.
That is the torque for the 5.7 .
I am not sure what the six requirements are, but the o-rings would dry out the same.
Recheck those specs.

Had this same issue recently after dodge replaced the oil cooler.. turned out they had stripped two of the upper intake bolts .. replaced the lower intake.. found same problem.. turned out that one of the injector o rings was bad. Sucking a little air. Replaced all o rings and problem solved.
