2019 Bighorn with 8.4" Uconnect 4

I am having an issue with the radio recognizing anything plugged into the media hub.
tried to plug in phone to use android auto and nothing, tried multiple cords both usb and usb-c and nothing. i have checked phone settings as well.
i treid to plug a thumb drive with mp3 stored on it into the usb and nothing. radio will not recognize. All ports however will charge device and even showed power to thumb drive.

Anyone know how to hard reset this screen? Truck also has dual climate control below screen for reference.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. love the radio, just need the Carplay/ andriod auto working

Hello, the issue can be caused by either a bad USB hub or a bad radio (USB port defective). You can also try upgrading the Radio software. But first you need to find out if you have the latest software in your radio. Send me a PM and I can assist you.

Since SXM and GPS are off I'd suspect either the antenna itself or the connection on the back of the radio. Is the mustard colored plug seated properly? That plug is both SXM and GPS signal.
