24 Ram text message notifications

My 2024 Ram 2500 is no longer notifying me when I get a new text message. Everything else in CarPlay is working just fine. I have checked all of the settings and everything seems to be set correctly. This started happening a few weeks ago but prior to that everything worked fine. Dealer says something with my phone, phone people say it’s my truck. iPhone 14

Try unpairing your phone and forgetting it in radio. Make sure all updates on phone and radio installed. I would even disconnect battery and let it all discharge. Then connect everything up and re-pair phone. I had a problem before and that solved it for me. Good luck.
