Alfaobd - blank files

I'm new to alfaobd and my 4th Gen, 2015 Ram. I'm attempting to get familiar with the alfaobd and have been attempting to upload my base BCM information in case it's needed at a later date. When I attempt to upload by following a pinned post by Mpgrimm2 on the forum.
Short version, after following the post, I continue to upload blank files, even after getting a successful upload message. I have read and re-read the instructions and continue to get the same result.
Any ideas?

Are you saying that when you create your OEM Factory setting file before you start making changes...It makes a file and there is nothing there. But it says that there is one created?

If yes, I'm running into the same thing. I create the master file and it says successful, but it's blank.

Before you download did you select the “battery” option and “read system ID”?
