AlphaODB in the Milford, PA area to program aftermarket brake controller?

Is the there anyone in the Milford, PA area with AlphaODB to program an aftermarket brake controller? My brother bought a 2017 Laramie that didn't have a brake controller. I can't find my OBDLINK MX adapter to help him out. He did buy am aftermarket like OEM brake controller already?
He has a car show coming up and needs to pull his car trailer.

If there is a breer forum please point me in the direction.

Do you need AlfaOBD to program an aftermarket controller? I have the OEM, didn’t know aftermarket needed programming with Alfa.

Yes, it is in dash mount just like the OEM. Not an external under the dash one. Same as having to have it flashed for the OEM.
