Yours looks way better than mine. Mine fogs up the whole inside from top to bottom and drips down.

Well, according to TSB 08-086-14, yours would be replaced under warranty. You have been reading the other posts in this thread, right?

Off an on. Does the warranty go off how many miles are on the truck or is it strictly if the condensation doesn't go away?

It would be covered under the 3yr/36k warranty, if you were still under it.

Just a update. Filed a case with Chrysler. Of course they denied it. Said the tech says it's normal so it's normal. I just did what the TSB said to do and the water is still there. Turned the high beams on for 20 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes. This is what they still look like.

heres my solution.

take the headlights off the truck. remove the access cover and dry your lights out with a blow dryer or heat gun. remove the vent caps permanently. re-install access cover and put lights on truck. problem solved.

That's not normal though if it's like that after 20min. Your dealer is just being difficult, have you tried another dealer?

Ok. Then if it's normal both headlights would look like that. The drivers side doesn't have any condensation at all. That is where I call ******** on Chrysler. We all know that there is something going on with the seal on that light. Chrysler level of what's acceptable to me is "unacceptable". It looks like **** and the moisture never goes fully a way.

I have a appointment this Wednesday for them to check it out again. Kori from Ramcares has been working with me on this. She has been great. Hopefully I get it replaced.

I have this problem on my Dec 16 Stinger, both lamps were always fogged, read forum comments so ignored, bad move! Now the led turn indicator on the right has stopped working, headlamps out, tipped enough water out to fill a goldfish bowl! All clean and no dirt so not water ingress. Dried them out and indicator worked again, next day out again! Something seriously wrong for a 12 month old vehicle. Now need new lamps and these will be a couple of weeks. Will set up vents and see what happens.

You will NEVER stop condensation. I have had two 1500’s with projectors and had a set of retrofitted OEM headlights. All 3 sets of them had condensation inside near the LEDs it’s clearly a design flaw and is even in the owners manual that it’s normal unless you’re seeing it puddle up.

My 14 Express with the projector lights had it on drive side lamp. It pooled to where it was half way up the lamp and fried the whole lamp.

I got this 2015 used last year in July. The headlights have had some sort of condensation in them 100% of the time. These pics I just took and this is one of the better days.

I have tried to take the turn signal lights out and let it sit in the sun for a few hours, but all it does is reduce the moisture, then in the evening it's back again.

I have a 2015 that i bought last Julyish also! I kind of half-a**ed the silicon fix and just seals off the vent holes all together. Confirming that was a bad idea and didn't work haha. I did notice that those vent covers were pushed all the way in when i took the headlight housing out. Going to drill those vent holes back out this weekend and try just leaving them off and see what happens.

Also, just a tid bit. Since buying this truck less than a year ago I also had to rip the worthless seal on the 3rd break light off and put a new, thicker seal on that i bought at lowes because it was leaking water into the back seat. Easy fix but something you might want to check since it's so easy to check bc my stock seal was rotted out baddddd, and its only a 2015.

Yes the foam seal on the 3rd tail light above the cab is a design defect and the dealer told me that if they put in a new one it would go bad after time also. The dealer suggested sealing it my self with silicone because he did it on his own truck to fix it. I did that and it worked and you cant tell it was done. has not leaked since. my truck is a 13 so it was out of warranty.
