Very nice. I am very happy with my 12mpg in my Camaro lol. It has used 2 gallons this week literally driving out of my neighborhood and right next door to drop off the boys. The smell of gas and that thump is worth it lol. My Flex gets 31-35 hwy if I am not on it.

A pushrod Audi engine? Details on your car please.
The engine is a 11 2.0 gen3 cast iron block aluminum dohc 16 valve turbo 18.4 boost 9.6-1. 3.25.B & 3.65” stroke. Was tuned with a revo stage 2 k&n cold air and apr downpipe and magnaflow exhaust.Bought from McGrath Audi.At 60 k I decided that since the symptoms of timing chain failure were a destroyed engine,to replace it and since the oil pump is easy at that point me and my vette guy worked on it.IMG_2518.jpegIMG_2521.jpeg

I only did this thread because of the new cars 3.6 engine with around the same horsepower would have to be going downhill to get that mpg.And the pressure was on to trade it in.

So that's a pic of the swap in your first post. Sorry, I was confused and trying to figure out which engine it was.

Very nice! I couldn't find a decent 6 Spd C6 car. They were either trashed or more than I wanted to spend. I only have two more years left on inspections. Then my 408 will get unleashed.
