Hi all,
My fog light housings are all messed up (photo), so I ordered some new ones and installed, the mounting points lined up but the lights didn't seem to fit the hole correctly and there's a large gap between the light and hole face. (Photo)
I'm wondering if this is because the sport package has a different bumper or I'm not sure what the problem is. See photo.
Also, my fog lights seem to be stock with LED bulb (photo) that fits into a housing and didn't have the correct plug for the lights I ordered, which are also LED but built into the housing.
Any suggestions or advice appreciated!1000002437.jpg1000002435.jpg1000002436.jpg

Some kind of adjustment screw?

I noticed that on the OEM fog light, there is something like an adjustment knob in similar locations. Did you compare the aftermarket Amazon lights to the OEM lights that came out?

I changed my Chrome Front Bumper for a Sport Bumper.

I never paid attention to the Fog Light fit on the Chrome Bumper

straight from the assembly line

My 2016 after the conversion, it looks like i don't have close ups, because it looks so bad

The factory plug is for a 9006 bulb, the aftermarket should fit that type plug.
As for the gap on the side of the light, sounds like there's a mounting problem.
If you want a good set of fog lights, get the DiodeDynamic SSE3 SAE Pro level fog lights. I've had them in both extreme thick fog and near white out snow conditions and drive with just them as the headlights were actually blinding part of my vision due to bounce back.

Somebody added those LEDs,as they never came with LEDs from the factory. I don't have many good pics either of my old sport, that actually focused in on the fogs.
