Ive got a flat bed on my 2023 2500 Limited with factory air suspension. I get terrible wobble when I have a loaded need so I need some sort of load support. I've been looking at Timbren and Sumo Springs but like the idea of an air helper spring, but nothing seems compatible with the air suspension. Not even sure the Timbren are compatible.

I want to keep the air suspension but need stability!

If you already have the factory rear air suspension then adding a helper spring/airbag is a moot point.
Try rotating the tires front to rear and make sure the rear tires are inflated to the full 80 psi. It possible there's a bad cord in one of the tires.
Another thing to check is the panhard bar bushings, if those are loose the rear axle can shift side to side. Same goes for the trailing arm bushings.

A stiffer rear sway bar, if you can find one?
