Put 442,150 miles on original power train .
Had the Maxcare unlimited mileage.
Water/fuel pumps
Lots of parts
Transmission, rear axle never touched

I'm at 203,000 on my '15 Sport hemi. Replaced cam and lifters at 175,000 the only major work. Radiator, right front hub and water pump so far. Other stuff has been small things. Have never touched the trans yet. You never know what's really going to happen. I've heard good things on high mileage ones and bad things on low mileage. Just luck sometimes with these trucks. I like my Ram (and the color) so I would replace the motor or trans if I had to and keep it.
