Key fob problem

HELP, I have 2 keys and none work... truck thinks the "key is still in the ignition"
Getting WRONG KEY FOB on the dash and when opening door I get "key in ignition" when it's not obviously... My truck is parked real weird and windows are DOWN...

YEAH thanks, I did that, I got my keys back but all hell was signalling me... all but "dead battery" signal...
Sorry guys, but these computers do some pretty crazy sheeat when the battery goes dead!!!
$250 later and I got my truck back again... wow that was some weird stuff. A lot weirder then my 2007 was
