Check the driver's floorboard, and rear carpet, for water/dampness. Also, check the headliner for water stains, and the rear window frame, for cracks.

Ok here we go first off the Hemi needs a full synthetic motor oil and a Anti Drain back synthetic valve oil filter I use for winter 0w-20w Redline for these cold starts and 5w-30 Redline for the warmer months, I've been using a (K/N Gold oil filter) P/ N HP 1017 or( SRT) P/N MO 041 its made by Mopar, or( Royal Purple) P/N 20-820

I started using this when I first got the truck and after 1,000 I dumped it so far so good

So if I get my oil changes at the Dodge dealership, will I be ok? Or is the recommendation to get my oil changed elsewhere and request the oil/parts you mention above? FWIW, I live in San Diego so cold starts not an issue.

Dealers use crap oil from a 55 gal drum or a underground pipe line, filters are crap also, they don't care period..

Beautiful truck! Love my longhorn edition! Just some friendly advice.. I would change the oil to redline 5w30 it stops hemi tick and lifter chatter and makes the truck run way quieter and smoother. and grease everything good. I swear the dealers put just enough grease in everything to make it out of warranty! Good luck and enjoy!

Out the door 46000 USD?! I know that is a good price but that's the scary part. How are we allowing companies to sell us vehicles for that much money? Vehicle costs are out of control these days.
