No AC, Blowing heat only through the floor

I've got a 2021 Big Horn that suddenly the AC stopped working. Its blowing only hot air through the floor. The blower fan appears the be working but I can't discern any noticable changes in fan speed. The compressor is engage and spinning when I call for AC. I'm told it could be an actuator, but I'm not sure which one. What's even more frustrating is the dealership down here is almost a month out to get it fixed. ( not kidding) Not to mention many others who say a cohple of weeks. Oh and did I say I'm in Alabama where getting relief from the heat is a challenge.
