It was leaking past the seal into the exhaust side dripping into the exhaust system. I got the heads out and had all seals replaced to do it right. Can't stand an oil leak.

A good idea at the same time,to check also bad lifters (HEMI tik),and camshaft...

Valve guide seals keep oil out of the combustion chambers. You would be blowing blue smoke out your exhaust and fouling your o2 sensors. The upper last bolt in my 2006 hemi exhaust manifold is adjacent to a oil drain in the driver's side head. When I put replacement bolts in Apparently the one I used was too short. It appears that just that last upper bolt on that side intersects that drain back. I used a longer bolt . Put Teflon pipe sealant on the threads and solved the problem.
