Did you opt out of arbitration within 30 days of buying the vehicle? No? Then there won't be a lawsuit.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of taking delivery of the vehicle and signing the Arbitration Acknowledgment Form at the dealer. To opt out of the binding arbitration program, send a letter to: FCA US LLC Office of the General Counsel, 1000 Chrysler Drive, CIMS485-13-62, Auburn Hills, MI 48326-2766, stating your name, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and intent to opt out of the arbitration provision. If you do not opt out, then this agreement to arbitrate is binding.

Your choices are lemon law, and what that requires varies by state, or arbitration. You have about as much chance of winning Power Ball as you do winning arbitration, but lemon laws are simpler and more consumer friendly.

OP: Taking legal advice from internet is ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, silly. The bottom line is: U find an attorney that deals with these type of cases. Pay the consultation fee: Present all your evidence and he/she will tell you the best path to proceed. But there is the arbitration clauses built into everything, and sorry to say but the Company has deep pockets. SO, IMHO, U be best to talking to a lawyer first to see which way to proceed. The lawyer can even assist you in the arbitration path if you choose. BUT once U talk LAWYER (lawsuit), and "Stellantis" gets wind, your getting any help from dealer, company, etc may be lost.

DO not listen to any of our internet guessnosis on legal affairs, but get the proper advice from a professional.
