Hello!
Looking for some help with my super stiff rear end on my 2014 2500 5.7 liter with COIL SPRINGS. Trying to mellow out the rear end so I can avoid the dentist to fix a chipped tooth!
TIA for any info!

What are your tire pressures? Lowering them can help the ride a lot.

Shocks can make a huge difference if they're old.

What vehicle are you used to? A 2500 will never be as smooth as a 1500 or a car if that's what you're used to.

Why buy a 2500 and not expect a stiffer ride? It's stiff for a reason, payload. You can mellow it out by dropping tire pressure to 45-50 PSI at all 4 corners. That'll take some of the harshness away. Just air back up when towing/hauling.

If you're not towing or hauling heavy maybe get a 1500.

As others have said, dropping tire pressure when the truck is unloaded will give immediate significant improvement.

If you add about 4 or 5 hundred pounds in the bed it will ride much nicer.
