Rear seat belt trouble

22 2500 HD. Where is this supposed to go? The silver part down towards the seat. Thanks in advance for any help.

Looks like it should be bolted into the floor under the seat. Is there a loose bolt running around back there?

It will bolt down underneath/behind the seat. My guess in on the floor. Fold up the seat and I suspect it won't be hard to find.

That belt is for the center passenger. That buckle goes in between the seat to an anchor point on the floorboard under the seat. I had to go out and look at my truck to confirm.
