What do all you oil nerds think about this oil in a gas application?

I've been running the 5w-30 Shell Gas Truck Oil lately, no issues to report. I didnt realize shell made T6 that wasnt diesel spec so I would be curious to hear what people think about it.

It is a ck-4 oil and only carry's sn and not sn+, meaning it is more of a correct oil for a diesel and not a di turbo like the eco boost. We need a uoa to comment more. From what we know it would be a good choice for the 5.7 with mds.

I see one t6 uoa 5w40 with low viscosity and next to zero moly. So a voa would be needed, or just dump some lubegard right off the gate. High calcium, so not a DI oil at all.

A few years ago the only T6 you could get was 5w40 and it was strictly diesel oil. Seems like this might be them trying to rebrand the gas truck oil maybe?

Bought all 6 jugs my local advance had a few months ago for about $10 each.

In my case,using this oil in my 2019 truck,develop hemi tick,so I stop using it,and go back to conventional 5w20,but I still have 6 jugs of shell rotella 5w20 oil in the garage
