I have read that TJ sway bar disconnects will fit a 01 4x4. Does anyone know what length I need if I have a 1500 with 3" of lift?

Okay I ordered TJ disconnects. They were far too long. I have XJ Cherokee disconnects on the way which appear to be the correct length but we shall see.

I think it's worth mentioning that you will need to shorten the pivot posts nearly half an inch in order to connect/disconnect the links. They are too long for the factory sway bar. Otherwise they bolt right up.
