Treating mold in carpet after water leak

2017 was found with water in rear underseat storage compartments, leading to removing the seats and replacing the leaking vents.

What is the best product to treat the floor carpet and the rear wall padding before reinstallation?

It's clean water. Pull the carpet back and put a dehumidifier it the truck for a few days. You'll be good to go.

There was visible white mold on the carpet.
I pulled the seats out, removed the carpet. The mold was easy to remove with auto carpet cleaner and steam.
Now I'm letting it dry with a dehumidifier in the truck cab.
