2023 1500 Laramie, left turn signal does not cancel?? Dealer claims 'vehicle is operating as designed' anyone else get this answer?

That's crazy. Old thread, but I'm dealing with the same thing. 2023 1500 Laramie. It's the multi function switch on the turn signal stalk.
Had mine replaced last week and the replacement part was bad. I have a appointment next week for the next one. PTA
