Hey Everyone. This is my first time on this forum. I recently bought a second hand 2018 Eco Diesel. I am loving it so far. It is still fully stock. I have 20" rims with 33ish" tires right now. I am looking to put a leveling kit on it and upgrade to 35s. I was always a Ford guy (mainly because my dad was) before so this is all new to me. I tried to find a thread that might've given me info on this, but everything seems to be about 4wd with leveling kits. So I am looking for which size kit, or even brand, would be best for my situation. Obviously I don't want it to rub. I'd like to go with a 12.5" wide tire and not have to put spacers also, but am willing to decrease the tire width to still stay away from the spacers. I am also looking to get it as close to level as possible without lifting the truck any more than what's necessary. If you've got a link to a kit that you might've used in the past, that would be much obliged. Thanks in advance

As far as the max tire width without rubbing, the backspacing on your wheel will be very important. You have a 12" tire, but WHERE is your 12" tire? Too much back spacing (positive offset) and your have a large scrub radius, causing the tire to contact the fender/fender liner. Not enough back spacing (negative offset) and you can start rubbing control arms. If you are sticking with your current wheels, that may lock you into certain tire sizes. If you get new wheels as well, you should do just as much research on the wheels as you do your tires.

If you are adding a leveling kit you should be good to go on most normal set ups, but if you like a wide stanced look or a narrow look (gross) then it could still be a problem.

customoffsets.com is my go-to for fitment and aesthetics checks.

Is your ED a 1500?

Yes. They are the factory 20" wheels from RAM. Similar to what's in the picture

They are not the sport wheels so you are limited to an 11.5" wide tire. You can fit a 35" tire easy
