That is called the Cowl Panel. I think the corner pieces are part of the assembly that goes across the bottom of the windshield under the hood, but, what you posted sure looks like them (they look a little different), but, says it is for 2019 to 2024, so won't fit your truck. For the price, might be worth a shot, if you can find ones for a 2014. I need to replace my whole panel as well.

Part of the windshield side weatherstrip broke off on my 2014 Outdoorsman - similar to the first picture.

I ordered the new cowl replacement from my dealer and was told 1-2 weeks. It is expensive - about $300 + tax.

I’ll be replacing it in the next week or so, after it arrives.

At least it’s just an appearance issue ,and it won’t let water in even if it is removed from the truck . But it was damn near impossible for me to not focus on it every time I approached the truck.

It is part of windshield cowling ! but if you go into the dealer that you have a good repours with esp with the parts dept give them last 8 digit of your vin and see if they will research and see if they can get them separately! sometimes it shows as one pcs and if they look a lil harder they also come separately! and if they are able to get part numbers and the same for complet assembly !

The part arrived and I installed it today. Although I did it by myself, it would have been much easier with two people - as there are six curved tabs on the underside that must be fitted into slots to secure the piece, before four plastic nails are reinstalled.

I cleaned the following debris from inside the cowl, as it was all bunched around the wiper motor electrical connector:

How hard is it to get the wiper arms off?

I used a wiper-arm removal tool and both came off easily. Remove the plastic cap, remove the 15 mm nut, then use the tool.

I used blue painter’s tape to mark the wiper blade position on the windshield before removal, so that I could reposition them properly.
